  There’s something about lighting a candle that makes the darker evenings feel a whole lot better. We’ve chosen six seasonal scents from Heaven Scent, ranging from fresh Clementine and herby Winter Thyme to the deeper, spicier fragrances of Nutmeg & Cinnamon and Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh. Light one while you’re settling in for the evening, getting the house ready for Christmas or attempting to make everything look calm and organised before people arrive.

   

  They make an easy little gift too. Choose a fragrance to suit the person, add a bow if you’re feeling fancy, and you’re done. Choose from:

   

  Clementine - Bright, juicy and full of citrus. Clementine, mandarin and orange zest are softened with gentle fruity and floral notes. Fresh, cheerful and an easy one to like.

  Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh - Rich, warm and unmistakably festive. Frankincense and myrrh mingle with amber, cedarwood, patchouli and other woody notes. Deep and comforting, without being too sweet.

  Nutmeg & Cinnamon - Warm spice with a little citrus lift. Sweet orange and mandarin meet cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, with amber and woody notes underneath. Christmas in candle form, pretty much.

  Winter Thyme - Fresh, green and herby, with rosemary and thyme at its heart. Cedarwood, patchouli, moss and amber give it an earthy warmth. A good choice if sweet Christmas scents aren’t your thing.

  Spiced Orange - A warm, spicy orange fragrance with notes of orange and lemon, followed by cinnamon, clove and ginger, with pine, jasmine and a woody base. Festive and comforting without smelling like a mince pie.

  Nordic Trees - Fresh, green and wonderfully woody, with the scent of pine and fir trees at its heart. Crisp and outdoorsy, with a gentle warmth underneath. A little bit of winter forest, minus the muddy boots.
