  Tex Innovation is a Cornish company that was set up to reduce the amount of waste in the textile industry. So what they do is take up offcuts from other companies and make functional, practical and hard wearing items and they stop all that waste going into landfill. Great idea. The clever bit is making someting desireable out of it, which they've done brilliantly. These washbags are made coffee sacks, the offcuts from a PPE company and a compnay that makes those giant deckchairs you see at County shows, and they're beautiful. The coffee bags ones are lined with black and white stripe deckhair material, so they're incredibly sturdy, the zips on them are tough too, these things are made to last.

   

  As they're handmade, they do vary very slightly in size but are all 28cm lond at the top, 17cm at the base and  12cm wide, so they are a great size and will hold everything you need them too.
