Essenitial oil room diffusers
I've been a fan of this range of candles for a couple years now, the very lovely Phaedra at Purbeck just 'gets' scent very well - and we use a lot of the same oils, we're both fans of patchouli and geranium and well, I just like them. These are her latest creations, beautiful room diffusers in very pretty amber apothecary jars and I do love the black reeds, very elegant.
They're broken down into four blends, each with a very specific intention in mind, they're properly aromatherapueutically (is that an actual word?) inspired.
Blend No 1 (to Relax) is a stunning mix of ylang ylang, may chang, lavender, rosemary & cedar pure essential oils, created to help calm and relax the mind and spirit. This blend is a combination of fresh florals with a hint of gentle citrus. A really appealing smell that's gentle and not overbearing, almost subltle.
Blend No2 (to Uplift) is a complex mix of rosemary, lavender, cedarwood, bergamot, peppermint & teatree pure essential oils, created to uplift and invigorate the mind. There's a lot of really powerful oils in here but I detect the cistrussy notes of bergamot and the fresher, herby elements of the rosemary and lavender the most, another real treat of a blend that very mature and sophisticated.
Blend No 3 (to Inspire) is an ethereal blend of rose geranium, neroli, lemongrass, bergamot & cedar pure essential oils that would be great in a meditation space, the oils in here focus on lifting mood and bringing yourself to your centre. A personal favourite.
Blend No 4 (to Focus) is a warming, rich blend of sweet orange, patchouli, geranium, rosemary, myrrh and sandalwood. This would be perfect for a home office or study space, anywhere you need to clear your head and work on something.
