Our Terms
Despatch PolicyWhilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are available we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are despatched within 5 working days unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to despatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. We offer a choice of despatch methods - either Royal Mail or secure courier via FedEx - please note that courier deliveries are not available on Saturdays, at or before a specific time, or overseas.
Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. Delivery charges for non-wholesale are £3.50 per order via Royal mail, and £6.00 via courier service regardless of size unless otherwise stated. The actual charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to non-European countries is by special arrangement and we will email you with the cost to confirm it is acceptable before we despatch the goods. Non-EU countries may also result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
Cancellation and Returns
RETURNS - If you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund only UNUSED products, returned to us in a saleable condition, within 28 days. Due to hygene reasons, we are unable to refund products which have been opened and used. All return costs will be the customers' responsibility, unless you are returning a faulty product.
DAMAGES & MISTAKES - We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products within 3 days of receipt. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit, though it is at our discretion that we may send you a replacement.
CANCELLATIONS - You may cancel your order for free at any time before despatch. Cancellations after your order has been despatched must be done within 7 days from receipt. As soon as we have received your order in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the products.
REFUND EXCLUSIONS - We are not able to refund the postage fees charged as part of your order.
Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Security
All transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Complaint Handling Procedure
Complaints will be dealt with speedily, fairly, and effectively and all information exchanged will be confidential. We guarantee to respond to all complaints within two working days and to notify the customer as to the likely timescale and progress of the solution. Our complaints procedure will be regularly reviewed to make sure it meets with all relevant codes of practice.
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
