Eczema is a very complex condition and if you suffer with it then you know that pretty much everything affects it, stress, diet, climate, dust, the list is almost endless and in truth we could write a thousand words on just the symptoms. But we try to be practical here and what we were told to combat by our fabulous group of testers was the itching, they told us that was the bit that drove them mad. The first thing we had to get right was the blend of moisturising oils, we've used a hefty combination of them to help keep as much moisture as possible in, which of course is the basis of healing. Then we added the blend of essential oils of chamomile german, yarrow, marigold tagetes plus evening primrose oil.
This delicate blend of essential oils is there to soothe and take some of the fire out of the itch and help promote healing. Of course, it's fine to use on your face and perfectly safe to use on children from 3 months old. Obviously, this isn't intended to replace anything presecribed by your doctor of course, but it can be used alongside it.

Just to say that I have been suffering with bad patches of eczema on my arms for a couple of years. The doctor prescribed several tubes of cream which did nothing but irritate the condition. In desperation I ordered your eczema cream the my eczema has disappeared completely and has not returned. I still use the cream now and then, the smell is lovely. Thank you so much.

After developing a rather nasty case of pompholyx on both hands and feet back in June I have been relying on Dermovate (a class one corticosteroid). As it's so strong I have had to limit the amount I use as it severely thins the skin, yet milder corticosteroids don't touch it. This meant I was holding out for as long as possible before using it and my previous record was 2 and a half days before that nasty, intense burning itch got too much.
Tried Oilatum, Double Base and other creams with little or no success, until 8 days ago when I tried the PNS cream. Since then my hands and feet have been soft and eczema free, apart from on one toe as I found out this morning, but it's still a massive improvement. Even then one little dab of your cream on my toe did the trick.
I would like to thank you so much - this cream is a little wonder. Would love to be able to buy it in a tube so I could pop it in my handbag.
