One of the most familiar oils to us all from the tale of the Three Wise Men and familiar to Catholics in particular, this oil has been used for both aromatherapeutic purpposes and in perfumery for centuries.  Heady and powerful, it's also a wonderful skin oil too, particularly effective for more mature skins as the regenerative and restorative properties are very strong.  It has both antiseptic and analgesic properties and can be very soothing used in an oil burner - try mixing it with Rose for a very special massage oil too.

As a safe guide, use no more than 8 drops in a bath for a skin nourishing soak, 2-3 drops in a foot spa (or old washing up bowl for the old fashioned among us...) and no more than 6 drops per 100mls of base or carrier oil.
