Custom items are made just for you, so please bear in mind they will take longer to get to you than our standard delivery times, but if you're happy to wait, then we're delighted to make them for you. We'll be making all Custom items on a Monday from now on, so get your order in before then to cut down on the time it takes to get to you.

Just a quick line to say my bath gel arrived today customised so that to my fave Rose and Patchouli and it is absolute heaven, thank you so much - I can't believe the gorgeous smell - it's just as fab as the soothe and smooth Rose and P that you make up for me. Please please please don't ever stop doing it!! I hope you always keep doing really well - and selfishly I don't know what I'd do without my customised Rose and Patchouli!
