How are our products different?
Here's a list to help you understand how our ingredients vary from what you might be used to...
1. They are natural. Not synthetic with a few herbal infusions thrown in. They are exactly what we say they are. Natural. And we list all ingredients, so no secrets or surprises.
2. They are based on aromatherapy. I know, you can get ‘aromatherapy’ at any old shop... so what's the big deal? What you get at many shops is most likely NOT all-natural. Nor does it always contain essential oils. Often, it contains synthetic fragrance oils. It also was not blended by a real human being with an active knowledge of aromatherapy. Some may also contain synthetic preservatives in order to have a long shelf life – WE DO NOT USE THESE. Not to mention other nasty chemicals such as SLS, ALS and DEA. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and you absorb what you put on it. Be nice to your skin!
3. They are HAND blended, by a real person. Not mass manufactured by a machine. This means that the products are VERY fresh, as they are blended in small batches daily. It also means that the products do not need to contain harsh and powerful synthetic preservatives in order to have a 4 year retail shelf life. Our products have a shelf life of 6-12 months. Combinations of Essential oils with vitamin E naturally preserve our products without synthetic and potentially irritating parabens and ureas found in most products.
4. They contain simple, natural ingredients that you can actually pronounce, unlike what you see on the back of most bottles... long, scary chemical names.
